This slotted panel is specified for dewatering and sizing stations where the deck has to shed water fast and stay open under a heavy bed load. The 2 mm slot is formed by 1.5 mm stainless steel 304 wire, and the 1480 x 1220 mm panel carries an edge tension side so the screen is drawn flat and tight across the deck, keeping slot width constant under vibration load.

On dewatering duty the slot width is the main control on moisture in the product: a 2 mm slot retains the bulk of the solids while the water drains through the 1.5 mm wire crown, and the edge tension side keeps that slot width fixed across the full 1480 mm tension direction. Because stainless steel 304 does not corrode in mine water, open area does not drop off during the campaign, so drainage performance stays flat rather than degrading as it would with mild steel or galvanised panels.
Each panel is wrapped in waterproof paper, interleaved with foam protection, and stacked in an export-grade wooden crate secured with steel strapping. Panels are stacked face to face to protect the tension hooks during sea freight.
