Anti-clogging tensioned panel for coal washing, dewatering and fine sizing
This high-elasticity tensioned polyurethane screen uses a 6 x 6 mm aperture combined with a smooth, low-friction PU surface that sheds wet fines instead of holding them in the holes. It is built in a 25 mm thickness with a tensioned hook edge, so it fits standard coal washing and dewatering screen decks and can replace wire cloth without any deck modification.
The softer 80-85 Shore A compound vibrates with the deck and keeps the apertures clear during wet screening of coal slime, sand and fine minerals. Open area reaches up to 40 percent, which supports higher throughput and better drainage while the polyurethane body absorbs impact and resists abrasion, corrosion and chemical attack from wash water.
