Square opening tensioned panel engineered for gold ore and hard rock screening decks

This high-elasticity tensioned polyurethane screen is moulded from a wear-resistant PU elastomer compound with 5.5 x 5.5 mm square openings, giving a precise cut point and a high open area on gold ore, hard rock and aggregate screening decks. The panel is produced in a 30 mm thickness and finished with a reinforced tensioned hook on both sides, so it mounts directly on standard tension rails without any modification to the screen deck.

Compared with woven steel wire cloth, the elastic polyurethane surface flexes under the vibrating load instead of deforming permanently. That flexibility keeps the apertures open, reduces pegging and blinding in damp or sticky ore, and drops the noise level on the deck considerably. The material also resists abrasion, oils, chemicals and UV exposure, which is why the panel keeps its cut accuracy far longer in abrasive gold ore circuits.

Panels are supplied cut to your deck dimensions, with hook size, panel width and length matched to your vibrating screen model. Tell us your screen brand and deck drawing, and we will confirm the tensioning geometry before production.
