5 Layer Stainless Steel 304 Sintered Mesh 1-100 Micron Filter

Sintered mesh is manufactured through a specialized sintering process that bonds multiple layers of woven wire meshes under high temperature and pressure, creating a durable and precise filtration material.

Our sintered mesh begins with single or multiple layers of woven wire mesh that are roller-flattened for uniform contact points. These layers are then laminated under mechanical pressure in a high-temperature furnace filled with proprietary inert gas. The controlled cooling process results in a rigid structure with bonded wire contact points, enhancing the material's filtration capabilities.
