PU Support Strip Triangle Opening Self-Cleaning Screen - Diagonal Wire + Straight Wire Self-Cleaning Screen
The triangular self-cleaning wire screen is specially designed to reduce blindness and blockage when conventional square opening mesh cloth is unsuitable. Composed of straight metal wire and wavy metal wires, this innovative design combines the benefits of structural support and natural vibration for optimal screening performance.
Unlike standard square self-cleaning screens, this triangular variant incorporates additional straight metal wires between the wavy wires for enhanced support and improved screening accuracy. The straight wires feature a slightly larger diameter than the wavy wires, while the crimped wire determines the opening size. Both wire types are alternately woven with tie wires on longitudinal support rods (crossbands), which can be made of woven metal wire or polyurethane (note: polyurethane is not suitable for hot-mixed batch asphalt plants).
This self-cleaning screen offers exceptional load-bearing capacity from the reinforced straight steel wires, combined with excellent self-cleaning properties achieved through the natural vibration of the wave wires. The result is significantly reduced blindness and blockage while maintaining consistent self-cleaning performance.
