General Production Information
As one of the important façade technical elements in high-rise buildings, aluminum mesh curtain wall system is widely used because of its simple structure, soundproofing, fireproof and easy installation. Ares is a professional steel mesh manufacturer with 33 years of OEM history. Mainly provide the panel part of the curtain wall system. The panel of the aluminum mesh curtain wall is mainly welding composed of steel mesh and frame.
Ares can provide surface treatments such as painting, anodizing and fluorocarbon coating.
Our expanded aluminum is produced from aluminum sheet or coil that is simultaneously slit and stretched to form a rigid mesh with shaped openings. We provide standard 3D, falttened 2D, in diamond, square, round hexagonal and architectural patterns. All offer various controlled openings and come in either sheet or coil sizes to meet your product specifications. We expand most aluminum alloys into mesh from foils to plate.
Then, relying on advanced welding bending and punching equipment, we can complete the depth processing of the frame.
The unitized curtain wall system custom designed by our customers which is easy to transport and install. This does not require exterior supports like cranes or scaffolding. Only mini cranes or a temporary hoist can be held over floor to keep it help during installation.
This system gains advantage of faster construction and higher quality because of factory manufacturing.
Material: Aluminum 3003
Corrosion resistance: 3003 aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance, close to the corrosion resistance of industrial pure aluminum, and has good corrosion resistance to atmospheric, fresh water, sea water, food, organic acid, gasoline, neutral inorganic salt aqueous solution, etc. The corrosion resistance in dilute acid is also very good.
3003 thermal insulation aluminum coil is also called rust-proof aluminum coil, mainly used for insulation and blocking of the top and wall of pipes. The general insulation aluminum coil is made of 3003 insulated aluminum coil and has a thickness of 0.5 mm. In terms of insulation, 3003 insulation aluminum coil is the first choice, which can meet the demanding conditions of insulation requirements in many aspects.
Surface Treatment: Anode Anodizing
Aluminum anodizing is the electrochemical process that produces a stable film of aluminum oxide on the surface of the aluminum part at room temperature. The oxidation that occurs during the anodizing process creates an extremely hard and abrasion-resistant surface, increasing durability and corrosion resistance.
